This Privacy Policy explains how TV Jones Publishing (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through TVJonesPublishing.com (the “Site”). It includes the disclosures required by the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”).

• Identifiers: your first name and email address when you join a list, request a free kit, or submit a form.
• Interests and preferences: the list you joined, the resources you requested, and interest tags (for example, which book you are reading).
• Assessment information: assessment answers are processed in your browser. If you choose to submit your email after an assessment, we store the result category associated with your email.
• Communications: the content of messages you send through our contact form or by email.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, and server log data (such as IP address and pages requested) collected automatically for security and site operation.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by the CCPA, and we do not use or disclose it to infer characteristics about you.

To protect your information, we will verify your request by matching the email address you provide to the information we hold. You may use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly.

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

The Site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
